INTRODUCTION BASICS OF ARDUINO

Introduction basics of Arduino - Arduino is a type of microcontroller that is open source developed by a team of people from different parts of the world, namely: Massimo Banzi Milano (Italy), David Cuartielles Malmoe (Sweden), Tom Igoe New York (USA), Gianluca Martino Torino (Italy), David A. Introduction basics of Arduino
Hardware Arduino

Arduino is not just a development tool, but it is a combination of hardware, programming language and Integrated Development Environment (IDE) is advanced. IDE is a software that was instrumental to write a program, compile it into binary code and upload it to the microcontroller memory. There are many projects and tools developed by academics and professionals to use the Arduino, but it also is a lot of support modules (sensors, display, drive, etc.) made by another party to be connected to the Arduino. Arduino evolved into a platform as it becomes a reference for a lot of options and practical.

Currently the Arduino community is growing rapidly and dynamically in various parts of the world. The assortment of activities related to Arduino projects emerged everywhere, including in Indonesia. Which makes Arduino quickly accepted by the people is due to:
  • Cheap
  • Cross-Platform
  • It is easy to learn and use.
  • The system is open, both in terms of its hardware and software.
Arduino is Common divided into 2 parts:
  1. Hardware Hardware is a device or board input / output (I / O).
  2. Software, Arduino software includes an IDE that works to write the program and the Driver For USB connection
